If you have a business, filling out the form below will make it quick and easy for you to open an account with PaulB Hardware. As soon as your account is setup you can get statements online, check and pay balances online, and you will receive an exclusive offer each month in your inbox!
You have two options for handling charges to your account:
Credit Card on File
We will email you with your account number and credit card authorization form. We recommend filling out the form and faxing it back to us or dropping it off at one of our store locations.
Line of Credit
You can expect to hear back from us within 3 business days with your introductory credit limit.* At that point, you can begin charging to your account at any one of our stores and begin saving 2% with a statement discount when paying by the 10th of the month.
*A minimum of 3 valid credit references must be provided to receive the introductory credit limit.
PDF Forms
If you prefer, you can download and fill out the credit application form and return it to us. If you are tax exempt, please download and complete the tax exempt form. You will have the option to upload it during the account application process.
