TruMelt™ 3% is a premium blend of 97% sodium chloride and 3% magnesium pellets, an economical choice for commercial and residential use, effective down to 0°F. Screened for optimal crystal size, it provides maximum traction and accurate, clump-free spreading. Lightly tinted with a non-staining green dye, it's safe for sidewalks and near entrances, and safer for pets and turf than calcium-based products. It's also safer on concrete than pure salt, reducing freeze/thaw cycles above 0°F.
