The 6” Pruning Saw is both lightweight and compact making it a perfect option for light limb cutting and pruning. The 6” Pruning Saw features a Makita-built brushless motor that delivers optimum cutting performance. It features “tool-free” chain adjustment for convenient operation and maintenance as well as a retractable guard for convenient operation and maintenance. The XCU14 can perform up to 140 cuts in 2” cedar with one fully charged 18V LXT® 2.0Ah battery (battery not included). Convenience features include a soft grip handle that is engineered for the user to more easily apply even cutting pressure. It is lightweight at only 3.7 lb with battery (battery not included) for reduced operator fatigue. The 6” Pruning Saw features an efficient Makita-built brushless motor for longer run time, increased power and speed, and longer tool life. Extreme Protection Technology (XPT™) provides improved dust and water resistance for operation in harsh conditions.
