Our mistake

Please let us know if you receive a wrong or damaged product as soon as possible. You can call us at 1-833-PAULBHD or indicate wrong or damaged product on the return request form on this page.

How soon must an item be returned?

Most items qualify for a 90-day, no questions asked return. If you are outside that return window, please call us at 1-833-PAULBHD.

Online Orders

Please complete the return request form on this page to initiate a return for an item you purchased online and had delivered to you. If you ordered online and picked up the product at one of our stores, please return the product to a store.

In-store purchases

All in-store purchases should be returned to one of our stores. If you purchased a product in-store but cannot return it to a store, please fill out the return request form on this page.


If you are requesting a refund and not exchanging the product for a product of equal value, funds will be returned in the form of the original payment. If you are returning a gift, funds will be issued to you in the form of a PaulB gift card.
