It's powered by a Makita brushless motor for longer run time, increased power and speed, and longer tool life. It features a variable 2-speed design (0-550 & 0-1,800 RPM) (0-8,250 & 0-27,000 BPM) that covers a wide range of drilling, driving and hammer applications. It also features a ½” all-metal gear housing for increased job site durability.
