The 378 Aluminum 8 ft Step Ladder is built with a heavy-duty 300-pound rating, yet maintains a lightweight and easily portable design. It features the versatile TOOL-TRA-TOP®, which includes a drill holster, a convenient tray for tools, paint, and small parts, and a sturdy molded paint can hanger on the backside. For added functionality, the SPILL-PROOF® pail shelf holds a gallon paint can, includes a rag rack, and automatically closes with the ladder. Security is ensured by a full set of horizontals on the rear section and slip-resistant, double-riveted TRACTION-TRED® steps.
