40V max XGT® Brushless Cordless 9 in. Power Cutter (Bare Tool)

The Makita 40V Max XGT® 9" Power Cutter is a high-power cordless solution for cutting various masonry and metal materials, offering a maximum cutting depth of 3-1/2". Powered by a single 40V Max XGT® battery and a brushless motor that delivers up to 6,600 rpm, the GEC03 offers up to 45% more power and 55% less vibration for reduced user fatigue. The benefits over gas include instant starts, lower noise, zero emissions, and minimal maintenance, allowing for indoor use. It features an integrated water delivery system for OSHA Table 1 Compliance in concrete cutting, an electric brake to stop the wheel in under two seconds, and Active Feedback-Sensing Technology (AFT®) for safety. Convenience is enhanced with a tool-less blade guard, multiple-position rubberized front handle, built-in LED light, and a large spindle lock. Additionally, it is engineered with Extreme Protection Technology (XPT™) for increased resistance to dust and water in harsh job conditions.
