The IDEAL® Digital Multimeter (model 61-337) is a accurate measuring tool you can rely on for your everyday needs. Rated CAT III 600V, this auto-ranging, TRMS multimeter measures up to 10 Amps AC and DC current through test leads in series with the load. It handles up to 600V AC/DC, AC voltage, frequency, resistance up to 40MΩ, continuity, capacitance, and diodes, and includes a K-Type thermocouple for accurate temperature readings (⁰F/⁰C). Its non-contact voltage sensor detects voltage between 40V and 600V, ensuring safety during use. The backlit display enhances visibility, while the illuminated red LED and audible tones alert you to voltage above 30 volts, continuity, and NCV detection. For convenience, the rubber boot features two probe storage points and built-in probe tip holders, allowing for easy, one-handed operation. The hang strap mount enables you to suspend the meter from various surfaces (Universal Magnetic Hanging Strap model UMHS-757 sold separately), while industrial-grade over-molding provides enhanced grip and 1 m drop protection. Additional features include HOLD, Relative, Range, and selectable Auto Power Off functions.
