A popular bouquet filler, the dainty white flowers add a whimsical and airy feeling to cut flower arrangements. Easy to grow and extremely prolific. Covent Garden is a great option for beginning flower farmers. Use fresh or dried.
Instructions:
Start indoors 8-12 weeks before the last frost. Cover seeds with 1/8" of soil. During germination, soil should be 65-70 F. Transplant into garden 2 weeks after the final frost. Once established, they do not require regular watering. Overwatering can cause yellowing. Harvest for use as a cut flower when 2-3 buds on the spray are open.
