A popular heirloom variety dating back to 1902, this is a prolific yielder of beautiful dark purple fruit with smooth creamy, pale yellow sweet flesh.
Instructions:
Start indoors 8-10 weeks before the last frost. Plant in an area that is well draining and gets full sun. May require staking to keep the plant upright while maturing. Harvest when skin looks glossy or at desired size. Cut off the vine about an inch above the fruit.
