Bridgit® lead-free solder is specifically formulated for plumbing and other applications where lead-bearing solders are prohibited. Its flow properties are designed to make it an easy replacement for 50/50 tin-lead solder. Its wider melting range makes it easier to fill poorly fitted parts and “cap” the finished connection. When heated to its liquidus temperature it will quickly flow into standard clearance connections. Complies with the EU Reach & RoHS directive.

- Formulated for plumbing and other potable water system applications
- Fills both tight and loose, large diameter fittings and ill-fitting or non-concentric connections with ease
- Designed to easily replace 50/50 tin-lead solders due to its flow properties
- Joint strength far exceeds the burst pressure of copper tubing
- Quickly flows into standard clearance connections when heated to 630oF (332oC)
- Certified to NSF 372 conforms with lead content requirements for “lead free” plumbing as defined by California, Vermont, Maryland, and Louisiana state laws, and the US Safe Drinking Water Act amendments effective January 2014.
