The Parisian Carrot is perfect for small gardens or container planting due to its golf ball size roots and consistently sweet flavor. Its deep reddish-orange color is retained even after freezing. Enjoy the full, sweet crunch and flavor of these round carrots, the size and shape of young turnips, especially in rocky or heavy soil.
Instructions:
Prefers full sun but can tolerate some shade. Will grow best in deep loose, well-drained soil. Sow directly into the garden rather than starting indoors and transplanting. When thinning, cut plants instead of pulling them out or it may damage root systems of adjacent plants. When carrots have reached maturity, gently pull them up by the tops.
