The SharkBite brass crimp tee stop simplifies plumbing by tapping into 1/2" PEX/PE-RT pipes to add 1/4" OD supply lines for fixtures like ice makers and dishwashers. Constructed from lead-free, corrosion-free DZR brass, it features a quarter-turn full-port brass ball valve for easy on/off control. It is compatible with PEX pipes using copper crimp rings or stainless steel clamps. Certified for potable water and radiant heating systems. Operating range: 33°F at 160 psi to 200°F at 80 psi.
