SENQCIA Inspire Series™ Heavy Series cotter type connecting links are manufactured in Japan in accordance with the ASME/ANSI B29.1 American roller chain standard. They offer exceptional performance and long life in a wide variety applications. The link plates of the heavy series are one size thicker than standard roller chains providing additional strength in heavy duty applications. Split cotters are supplied with slip fit closing plates for ease of assembly in the field. Closing plates are “flat” style to improve fatigue strength. Connecting links are used to connect the ends of the roller chain strand into an endless loop. Each connecting link is individually packaged in a sealed plastic bag.

• Cold-forged solid construction for increased corrosion resistance and smooth running with no initial stretch
• Link plates are double punched to provide true 90-degree holes for exact pin-plate, bushing-plate alignment
• Solid rollers, link plates and solid bushings are made of carbon steel and shot peened for added fatigue strength
