The AZS Brusher Sweet Corn Desilker is a well-built machine from Pennsylvania designed to make the difficult job of removing corn silk simple. Ideal for small commercial, rental, and home use, this machine quickly and effectively cleans sweet corn. Its operation is straightforward: turn it on, start the water flow, and feed husked cobs into one end. Using four rotating brushes and water, it pulls the silk off, allowing you to collect the clean cobs, ready for cooking or processing, from the other end. The desilker can process about 18 average-sized ears per minute, removing an impressive 98% of the silk.
- Not recommended for very small ears of corn
