This ultra-clear thermostat guard features a chemical and UV-resistant acrylic resin cover and base that resist yellowing. It includes a secure, tumbler-type key lock where the key is only removable in the locked position. A double-wall barrier in the ring base blocks tampering tools while allowing air circulation. The ring base mounts directly over an existing thermostat, requiring no removal. It meets or exceeds UL pry test and impact test standards, and all covers are keyed alike.
