DAP 100% Commercial Kitchen 100% Silicone Sealant is a one component chemically-curing material ideal for sealing in commercial kitchens and is approved for food-zone areas. Certified by NSF to NSF/ANSI Standard #51. It is safe for incidental food contact. When cured and washed, the product meets FDA Reg 21, CFR 177.2600. It provides a durable, waterproof seal with minimal shrinkage. It offers longlasting flexibility and excellent adhesion. Once cured, it is unaffected by temperature extremes (-40°F to 400°F). Cured sealant is mildew resistant. Interior use.
