Demineralization Cartridge

The AIRCARE DC1003PK Demineralization Cartridge (3 cartridges) help prevent unwanted mineral build-up within your AirCare Ultrasonic Humidifiers. Mineral build-up can sometimes happen when what’s called "hard water" is used in certain types of humidifiers. "Hard water" is simply water with a high concentration of dissolved minerals such as calcium and magnesium. These minerals can leave a residue behind that over time can affect the performance of your humidifier if it’s not cleaned properly and regularly or if demineralization cartridges are not used. This is why AirCare has created a specifically designed demineralization cartridge for their Mesa and Duet Ultrasonic Humidifiers. Demineralization Cartridges should be replaced every 60-90 days depending on use. Comes with a 30-Day Manufacturer's Warranty.
