The first-of-its-kind STIHL Diamond Abrasive Chain 36 GBM delivers high-speed, smooth cutting for concrete and stone. Featuring pre-sharpened diamond segments and a vibration-reducing design, it provides an expected service life of 40-80 linear feet in 6-inch concrete, though results will vary depending on aggregates and steel reinforcement. The chain is available in 12-inch and 16-inch sizes. It is for exclusive use with the GS 461 STIHL ROCK BOSS® concrete cutter and the STIHL ROLLOMATIC® G guide bar. The chain is designed to cut concrete, reinforced concrete (with rebar up to 1/2 inch), cinder blocks, masonry, asphalt, and soft stone, and is also approved for hard stone (granite) and ductile iron pipe, though these applications will reduce its service life.
