Originally native to the Mediterranean, bouquet dill is named for it's pleasant aroma and use in floral arrangements. Feathery leaves grow on hollow stems up to 2-3' in height, with small yellow flowers clustered together in umbels. The leaves can be used fresh or dried, and the flowers make a striking addition to any table arrangement.

Instructions:
Start seeds indoors 4-6 weeks before the last frost and transplant outdoors when they are a few inches tall. Direct sow outdoors in a location that receives 6-8 hours of sun per day, only after all danger of frost has passed and soil temperatures have reached 60 degrees. Water evenly during dry spells. Dill can grow rather tall up to 36" and may benefit from plant stakes or a tomato cage. Harvest when your plant has grown to 12-18" and the foliage is a lush green color.
