Form-A-Drain Plus serves a triple purpose for foundations: it creates footings, integrates a drainage system, and can be modified to vent radon. Specifically for basements, this system is made up of lineals used as foundation footing forms. These lineals are designed to stay in place after the concrete pour, unlike typical wood forms. Because they form a complete loop around the foundation beneath the slab, Form-A-Drain Plus also acts as a foundation drainage and radon collection system.
