J-B Weld Pro-Series Waterproof Adhesive and Sealant is a two-part urethane system that provides strong, lasting repairs for bonding different or similar surfaces, such as metal, SMC fiberglass, and others. At room temperature, it sets in 5 minutes, cures to a white color, and is UV Resistant at full cure. After full cure, it may then be tapped, filed, sanded and drilled, retaining full strength above or below the water's surface. Waterproof Adhesive & Sealant has a 1:1 mixing ratio and has tensile strength of 2350 PSI.
