As a well-known slicing variety, Marketmore is a favourite of home gardeners. Resistant to most common cucumber diseases, this variety produces 8-9" fruits with uniform dark green skin.
Instructions:
Direct sow 3-4 weeks after the last frost in the spring, or start indoors 4-6 weeks before your last frost. Plant in an area that receives full sun and soil that is drains well. Keep well-watered and fertilized throughout the growing season. Harvest often when mature by twisting the fruit off the vine.
