The Weldcote Metals E6011 Electrode is a high cellulose coated electrode that provides a smooth, stable, and forceful arc for deep penetration and fast solidification, making it ideal for pipe, overhead, and vertical welding positions on carbon steels. It shares the fast-freeze characteristics of the E6010 but, unlike the 6010, can be used with small AC welders as well as DC types. This electrode is especially suited for out-of-position welding and for use on surfaces with poor groove fit-up, rust, or oil.
