This AAS winner is best when harvested young. Greens are delicious in salads and also in soups or stir-frys when harvested at maturity. Popular in the south, but easy to grow in all climates!
Instructions:
Direct sow 2-4 weeks before the last frost in the spring or 6-8 weeks before the first frost in the fall. Grow in well-draining soil in an area with full sun. Mustard will produce better and have milder flavor when watered frequently. Harvest by breaking off the leaves as they reach the desired size.
