Named for its frilly curled leaves, Curled Parsley is a Biennial that grows to a height of 12-24". The leaves have a mild herbaceous flavor, making it a versatile herb to include in many recipes. Use it fresh or dried in soups, sauces or marinades.
Instructions:
Start seeds indoors in 1" cell pots 6-8 weeks before last frost. Transplant out in a sunny location when all danger of frost has passed. Water your parsley during dry spells and consider side-dressing with a compost or balanced fertilizer once or twice during the season. Harvest the outer leaves when the plant is fully established and allow the inner leaves to continue growing. Use the leaves fresh or lay them out on a screen to dry.
