Plastic Welding Kit

This cordless plastic welding kit features an ultrasonically-welded gas tank for enhanced strength and reliability, and it is made with butane-compatible plastics to prevent gas leaks. It transfers heat through contact, not hot air, allowing for welding near heat-sensitive components like cables, foams, and textiles without special training. This method also minimizes wrinkles in thin plastic parts and prevents oxidation. It's also effective for problematic, water-absorbing plastics. The kit includes a Cordless Soldering Iron, Plastic Welding Tip, Allen Key, Cleaning Piston, a reinforcement grid (for extra strength or filling holes), an Instruction Leaflet, and a variety of welding rods (5 x 20 cm each of PE, PS, PP, and ABS in black, and 5 x 20 cm ABS in white), all neatly packed in a robust carry and transport case.
