Sotera 850 Meter is a Nutating Disc, positive displacement meter that use magnetic coupling to convert fluid flow into digital display information. This electronic polymer meter is designed for agriculture chemicals but is useful in many applications including pesticides, fertilizers, water, crop oil, mineral spirits, anti-freeze and many others. The Sotera 850 Meter is ideal for end of hose use, in line or mounted to one of the Rotary Vane or 400B Series Diaphragm Pumps. It is able to store and display the current flow amount (total) or the cumulative flow amount (totalizer) in any of six user-specified units (ounces, pints, quarts, liters and gallons) or special units (e.g. per acre volume). The meter can be calibrated without dispensing fluid simply by selecting a calibration factor from the 20 stored settings. Power is supplied by two AA field replaceable batteries. 850 meter is the same as the 825 meter but does not count air! That means the 850 stops metering when you’ve finished emptying a container, adding an extra degree of accuracy.
