This fast-drying, ready-to-use primer is for sealing porous substrates like concrete, cement, and mortar, and for promoting adhesion before leveling. It enhances the underlayment's integrity, achieves excellent bond values, and prevents water loss and outgassing. Underlayment can be applied after just two hours, and one gallon covers approximately 325 to 500 sq. ft. per coat.
