The Swivel Caster is a heavy-duty unit featuring a single 5" diameter, 2" wide phenolic wheel. Designed for durability, it has a 900 lb load capacity and uses a top plate fastener (4" x 4-1/2") for secure mounting. The roller swivel mechanism with a top plate includes case-hardened double ball raceways for extra capacity and long life. Both the top plate and legs are constructed from 1/4" cold-forged steel with a corrosion-resistant zinc-plated finish. Key structural details include a 5/8" nut and bolt kingpin, 2-1/2" fork spacing, a 4-1/4" swivel radius, and a 6-1/2" overall height.
