A New PaulB Hardware Experience
For 75 years, the only way to get The Hardware Experience was to visit a PaulB Hardware store. We like providing that personal touch. You are more than our customers; you are neighbors and our friends.
While we still want to serve you face-to-face, we recognize that today's digital tools make shopping much easier and more convenient. Because of this, it was time to modernize PaulBhardware.com
So, we overhauled our website to include our entire catalog of more than 65,000 products. Everything in our stores is on our website. But simply having it on the site isn't enough; you need to be able to find it. Browse products by category, search for them by name, part number, or description, or even scan a barcode in the store.
After finding the product you want, you can see the quantity, price, and even its location in the PaulB store you shop at.


In-Store Shopping made Easier
If you still prefer to come to PaulB to shop, our new website will make it easier. Look up product information, check pricing and availability, and even build a list you can print or bring on your phone while you shop.
Order Online, Pick up in-store
You can submit an order online and pick it up at one of our stores later. Shopping online can save you significant time. After you submit your order, relax. We will notify you when it is ready.
NOTE: payment will be collected in the store when you pick up your order.
Ship-to-Home
Although this option is unavailable now, we are actively working on it. If you want to be notified as soon as it is released, sign up for our PaulB Rewards program.
How to Begin
➊ Select your store in the top gray bar of the site. Setting your store first will ensure all of the product information applies to your store, and any online orders will also go to your store.
➋ Find the product(s) you need. You can use the search bar at the top of the site, or browse for products by category. Remember to check our active promotions!
➌ Add products to the cart. Use the "Print This Page" button on the cart to print a list of products. All product locations are displayed here, making it easy to locate the items after you arrive at the store.
➍ If you want to order online and pick it up in the store, select Checkout or Proceed to Checkout from the cart and follow the prompts. Currently, the only option for placing orders is to pick up and pay in-store.
➎ Shopping account. Please create an account so you have a record of your orders. A shopping account also allows viewing your cart across multiple devices. You can begin shopping on a tablet or computer, then log into a phone to access your cart of items while you shop in-store.

Can I place an order for shipping?
Not at this time. We are working on this feature. If you want to be notified when it is available, sign up for our PaulB Rewards program.
How do I change my store?
On desktop computers or tablets, click "Change Store" in the gray bar at the top of the site. On phones, click the store name in the gray bar at the top of the site. This will bring up a dialogue window. Choose a new store and click "Select This Store".
How do I order something that is out of stock or not stocked in my store?
You can only place orders for products in stock at your selected store. Feel free to call in to any of our store locations to place an order for out-of-stock products.
How do I change my account information online?
There are currently two types of PaulB online accounts: an online shopping account and a business account. Business accounts are used to manage your account with terms to see invoices and pay bills. That account is set up and managed by PaulB. If you need to make changes to the account, please call us at 717-738-7350.
You can create or change your shopping account online by signing up or logging in at https://paulbhardware.com/customer/account/login.
How do I pay my account online?
If you already have a business account and were set up to manage it online, you will continue to access it the same way. Please visit https://accounts.paulbhardware.com and use your credentials to log in.
NOTE: You can create an account for shopping on PaulBhardware.com. That is different from your in-store account where you receive statements and pay invoices. When you come in to pick up an online order, your order can be assigned to your in-store account and you can pay using your account terms.
How do I get my online account to show my in-store purchase history?
Your online shopping account will only show your pending online orders. After an order has been fulfilled, it will no longer be displayed online. We plan to offer order history and connect your in-store purchases with your online account in a future update.
How long will it take for my order to be ready for pick up?
Our goal is to have your order ready in a couple of hours. We will let you know if we have any issues with your order. Otherwise, you will be notified when your order is ready to be picked up.
NOTE: Orders do not get picked on Weekday evenings, Saturdays, or Sundays.
