Applied to framing before drywall installation, this air-sealing gasket compresses when drywall is fastened, forming a continuous air barrier that helps reduce drafts, limit air leakage, and improve thermal performance. Its minimal-expanding formulation makes it safe for use around windows and doors and prevents warping, bowing, or deflection of drywall.
