Our on-site warranty and repair shops help define what it means to have The Hardware Experience. Our shops are tucked away in the back of the store, but while you're shopping, our techs are working with the same tools and equipment available to purchase on the store floor. Working on the products we sell gives us deep, first-hand knowledge and gives you the confidence to return here if you ever need service.

 We have great relationships with the power tool brands and equipment manufacturers represented at PaulB. In 2012, our shop received its first warranty certification. Since then, we have built a long list of vendors who trust us to perform warranty repairs.

Ag & Industrial Services

 Our Ag & Industrial services continue a long tradition PaulB has of serving local farmers, ag businesses, municipalities, contractors, property owners, and manufacturers. Some services, like hydraulic hose or PTO shaft repair, can be done while you wait.

DIY Repair

We know our customers like to take on projects themselves. If you want to tackle a repair yourself, we have over 3,000 replacement parts available. Buy the parts you need and do the repairs with your own hands. It doesn't get more fulfilling than that.

Note: If feelings of fulfillment turn to frustration, you can still bring it in, and we will repair it for you.
