- Use the ZINSSER® Papertiger ® Scoring tool to perforate the wallcovering and allow DIF to penetrate. Use the ZINSSER® Paper Scraper™ to remove loosened wallpaper. Protect adjacent areas from overspray--especially where the ceiling and wallpaper edges meet. Apply more product as needed to keep the wallpaper saturated.
