Stewardship of Time

From the moment we wake up until we go to bed, our lives are dictated by time: time for work, time for meals, and everything in between. Each of us is granted exactly 1,440 minutes every day, making time management a universal challenge. Often, it feels as though our daily tasks far exceed the hours available to complete them.

In the midst of life's constant hustle, we must ask ourselves whether we are neglecting the most vital uses of our time (2 Timothy 2:15). Are we prioritizing moments for prayer and devotions with God? Do we dedicate enough time to our families, or pause to appreciate the natural beauty God has created? Are we available to simply listen to a friend in need?  May we all endeavor to make wise use of our short time here on earth.  My days are swifter than a weaver’s shuttle (Job 7:6). - Glenn Zimmerman, Lititz Store Manager
